Kaboosh & Associates Principal
My name is Jeff Pugliese and I am a 38-year veteran of complex telecom and contact center technologies, having held diverse positions in R&D Engineering, PMO, and Sales/Leadership. I am the Principal Member at Kaboosh, and will work with companies in every vertical, from small businesses to Fortune 500 clients, and across commercial and public sector buyers. An energetic negotiator and innovative problem solver, I look at all aspects of your project to help you achieve your company's desired outcomes.
When I first discussed starting a business, the subject of names was pretty important, and "Actionable-Consulting" seemed to the point and was my first selection; I wanted to emphasize doing vs discussing. "Kaboosh" was an alternate selection, derived from a term of endearment with my wife, inserted because the DBA form required one. Fortuitously the alternative choice was needed, and is fitting for my practical and informed approach to the selection and delivery of complex contact center technologies.
